Alltel v710 & car phones ... any better than Verizon?
I talked to Alltel tech services today about whether their v710 would allow me to transfer the entire phone book to the bluetooth phone in my Toyota Prius. I specifically asked if they were aware of the blutooth problems with the Verizon version. He said they were aware of Verizon's limitations and Alltel's version should be fully functional with car phones. If anybody has tried to pair an Alltel v710 with a car, preferably a Prius, please post the results. Thanks very much.

no, on howardforums they got the alltel software and according to them it does not transfer the phone book, and they still have a hard time getting the car ring with the v710.
