By the way.
I also took my phone back twice. I am on my second one. I had a legitimate complaint. My phone was freezing up and the screen was going blank. Verizon after 2 months were glad to give me 2 replacements. I think it's all in the way you approach them. Maybe all of us that have had defects in the phone should get together and have a class action suit against Verizon because our phones had a few software issues đ Ha!!! Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!Better yet while we are at it why don't we sue them every time our phone drops a call đ Also , while we are at it, why don't we sue Mcdonalds every time they don't give ketchup with our fries. The list goes on. The sick thing is...

I am going to try to return my v710 for a different phone tommorow. I agree with you, though, anyone who sues over this phone's problems has something wrong with their head.

I ove my v710 also. I was being sarcastic in my By the way post. I think the v710 has the best reception of any phone that I have had to date. Believe me, I have had them alllllllll. I don't care how many problems that I have with it, I will just keep getting replacements as long as they will continue to give them to me. Anyone who has had alot of experience with phones and different carriers knows that the Motorola has the best signal to date.

i agree.mine has a slightly tilted camera(no biggie to me)and some scratches on the lcd.i would like to swap mine to get one without scratches,but i'm afraid because i haven't had any problems with mine.
