I read in the forum that the phone will only take 2 minutes of voice memos, but it takes 500 names in the phonebook.

Does this mean that you can use voice recognition for all 500 names in your phonebook?

The Voice Memo function records conversation for playback.

The Voice Recognition function translates your contact data into voice commands for hands free dialing.

Can you download contacts from Outlook into the phone?

Also, how do you determine if you have 2 numbers for someone like home and cell?

When you do name dial, if there is more than 1 number for the name the phone will ask "Which Number?" and then you say home, work, mobile etc. Then it dials the appropriate number.
