will vzw replace my bad v710 if....

crooked camera.. but i got it on ebay.. will they still replace it? should i call *611 or visit a vzw store?

if it has the verizon logo on it they will replace -- sometimes they go easy sometimes it takes a fight but they will do it --

here is some advice though - I know you got it on ebay - you know you got on ebay -- no reason to let them know where you got it.

just got it as a gift
