I have the above however I am not able to download the pictures from the card reader to my picture program. Do you have any idea of which program I should be using? Thanks

I am not sure why you would be having problems -- the pics on your card should be jpg's -- i use the windows explorer to get to the pics. I move them to a file here in the explorer and acd see to view but any program that can view jpg's should be able to see the pics
