Does anybody know if Verizon is going to offer any minute promotion plans anytime soon?? I currently have 600 minutes for 40 bucks a month and I think the 50 dollar plan is a little steep for just another 200 minutes. 😕 I know they offer special promotions from time to time so if anybody knows of one coming around please let me know. 😁

I have 600 minutes for a local plan that gives coverage in Texas only. If your paying that much i'm guessing you have national coverage

well, I hate to say it but all of you are getting ripped off...damn! If you live in an area where they offer US Cellular, SWITCH!! I pay $44.95 and get $1000 anytime minutes, unlimited incoming calls, unlimited mobile to mobile, and 3000 night and weekend minutes from 7pm to 7am....so much better. And now they have an unlimited calling plan lowered back to $69 a month!! Even T mobile offers better plans than Verizon and T Mobile's plans are not great...we all know that!!

Originally I had the 600 anytime/4000 night$weekend local plan, not the Digital Local Plan. This was a special promotion in 2002 in Michigan.

Michigan recently upgraded their calling area to include the Kalamazoo area on the west side of the state, but it required you to update your service plan to the Digital Local Plan. So, I called up Verizon and told them I wanted the expanded local calling area but I did not want to lose any minutes or pay anymore than I was already. The customer support lady was awesome, and she said she could do better than that. She upgraded me to the 1000 minute plan, because they did not have a 600 minute plan anymore. She gave me a monthly discount to bring the price down to $40.00 per month. I also got Unlimit...
