I would like to know what you think of the v710 for uscc...
-is the blue tooth disabled?
-does the screen scratch easily
-is the camera quality good?
-are the buttons flimsy?
-(overall review)
...
and im also wondering how certain things work...
-can you just plug your phone into the computer to get mp3 songs on it?
-how does bluetooth work with your computer or car (if it even works)

...PLEASE HELP ME

This is only my preliminary opinions, I've been playing with the phone for a day now but I do not own it

Camera is MUCH better than my VX6000. You can even tell the difference on the phone itself, much more detail. The keypad is definitely different, but I like it. It feels plasticky, but it IS plastic after all, and it doesn't seem like the numbers would wear off.

It does seem like it would scratch easily. Actually, a customer came in today to buy a body glove case for it because he scratched it after only one day of owning it.

Just my two cents!

Thanks peachy...that helped a lot...do u think that a simple palm pilot protector would protect it (were talking about the screen right?)

and do u know nething about how the bluetooth works for your computer or car...and how do u put mp3's on it?

thanks again!!!! 😁

I would DEFINITELY get a screen protector, it would be a shame to scratch such an expensive phone!

I know the BT works with cars but have no clue whatsoever how to actually do it. 🤭 😉

I have had it for about a week now. I do like the phone now that I have ironed out the problems I was having.

Yes, you can put mp3 ringtones on the phone, but you must have a data cable. (I would only use the Motorola cable) and you must have the Motorola Mobile Phone tools program. Version 3 is now out, and with that I was able to put mp3 ringtones on the phone. I made my own with an audio editor, encoded them at 96khz, in mono, and make the clip about 25-30 seconds. They sound great. I wish you could copy them to the phone from the TF card, but you can't. Oh well, can't have everything I guess. The first generation v710s would, but they have now disabled that feature.

The bluetooth doesn't seem to be disabled. I was able...
