Whats wrong with the Camera?

i was just in the U.S. cellular store today and i was playing around with the phone(i really like it) but why did the camera look like there were lines in it like i could see the grid...and it was a little blurry...

i also couldnt figure out how to change the outer lcd screen...

PLEASE HELP

The camera quality has always been an issue. The outer LCD changes when you change the color schemes for the phone.
