New Flash
I've been trying to read up on this but am still lost...all I have for transferring to my PC and back is a TF card and reader. I don't have a USB cable. What can I do to get the new flash?

Go to your VZW store. They will flash for free. Back up your phone book before you do and any ringtones, pictures, etc. as the process of flashing will reset all of these.

sorry to disagree but verizon isn't flashing phones this is an experimental flash you have to do yourself. and you cannot do it with out a usb cable some patience and some know how so read read read before you try and be sure you are willing to lie to a vzw rep if you screw up your phone -- also if you do screw it up you had better flash it back to te original software before you send it back or they will know you have voided your warrenty.
it is always good to back up your stuff. you should always do it religiously but a flash does not remove your pictures or your phone book but in some circumstances it can make your phone book behave very funny to the point that your best option is to un-install and re-install.
