*** For those who've upgraded to SuperDave Firmware! ***

Ok guys, I've upgraded my phone to the new SuperDave firmware. I have a question for those who also have done this.

When using MPT, can you dial a number though MPT and have it work? I used to be able to do this but now I cannot. Synching and xfer of files works fine.

Also, when I go into the camera mode and use the light, only one light comes on, not all three. This is something that I need to know for sure if it is the firmware or do I have a defective phone.

Thanks!

I think your problem is that you ahve to go into the settings and have it not automatically detect and change it to the V710m. There is a better explanation at howardforums...

yes or here it is menu > setup > general setup >communication tab > click on change modem > select your modem (probably bluetooth) this is the important step check the box that says do not automatically detect > left column cdma right column v710m (m is the key)

hopefully this will work for you

Ok the MPT isnt really an issue and yes I have it set to v710m, but what I'm concerned about is the light on my phone. Only one (1) of the three (3) LEDs illuminates. Is this normal with the SD firmware or is this my phone messed up?

Plz let me know. Thanks!
