Question about External Display
If i take pics with the camera, can i save them and use them for my external display or not. Or if i download pics can i use them for my external display

That is unsupported at this time. The only way you can change the outside display is by changing the color scheme of the phone.
You can, however, assign a picture for your phonebook entries and that will show when someone calls.
