Is it worth paying to get my v710 unlocked?

-What can I do with it unlocked?

-Does it interupt my warranty or will Verizon get pissed?

-How much does it cost and how can I go about doing it?

I heard it was only good if you wanted to switch providers and what not? I was hoping unlocking it would unveal all the features that greedy Verizon witheld from consumers. So is it worth it?

Unlocking it will not open up the features that VZW crippled.
