is this phone worth getting? what did all the software upadtes fix, my friend works for verizon and he didnt really tell me. is the speaker on the phones louder now and is the camera better? any input i would like. and tell me if thsi phone is worth getting and if not which one is?

It depends on what you consider it value is. Since you never had the phone, how does one determine if it was loud enough before or not. If you want a digital camera quality then you will be disappointed with any camera phone.
