Motorola V710

Just wondering if anyone here has ever lost their 710 and had it replaced by Asurion? I called them yesterday and they were going to overnight me another phone.

I'm just wondering what to expect? Do they ship brand-new phones? Do they send the slightly used phones that previous owners returned? Should I complain if I receive it and it is used?
