Lose Files when Upgrading Software?
I'm going at my own risk to upgrade my software, but i'd like to know......
Will the new software erase any current phone numbers and ringtones (files) that are currently in my phone?

The answer is no, I work for Verizon wireless in Colorado and I have called around and I got the same answer. U "should" retain everything in your phone such as ringers, games, and pics and it will just update the software. I am still kinda skeptical til I do it with mine but I am pretty confident, all the people I called were managers and DM's and all the big wigs here in CO. So good luck...
