Error Messages when attempting to upgrade Software

Hello All,

I have been attempting to install the new software onto my phone, however I can't even get the program to communicate with my phone in PST.

I followed the directions to the T on how to install it on my computer and when I run the program and switch the program into flash mode, I get the following errors:

Unable to connect to the Subscriber Unit. Unable to get string descriptors.
Device Flash MSM6100 is not supported.
Chipset type 15 is not supported.
MA type 0 is not supported.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

Been a couple months since I wrote this. Tried with all the new directions I found and I am still having the same problems.......

I would appreciate any help anyone could give me with this.

i had the same problem :| and i had flashed my phone before perectly then i got that error and the phone was as much as good dead, i returned it and got a new one 😁 iam soo lucky
