Motorola V710
No multimedia in MPT
This is probably pilot error - but anyways - got MOTO V710, Verizon, MPT w/usb. I see a multi-media icon on MPT and in the help it talks about a multimedia studio, etc. But I can't find that. It sounds like some of you have that working - is this another Verizon limitation or do I have MPT installed or configured wrong?

I asked that before regarding the Version 3.0 which was upgraded to 3.19, I am having the same trouble, seems that VZW has disabled that, which has me furious. Someone said that the super Dave update makes this work however I can't find it. Or more probable I don't understand how to use it. I tried calling Moto as well as E-mail, no response as of yet. If you hear anything please let me know or post.

I just got off the phone with Moto, they said you can't use the multimedia with a VZW phone. It only works with Altel and US. I am returning my MPT today.

What you need to do is set up a new profile instead of using the default profile. When you do that multimedia studio will show up when you choos v710m as your phone. The same thing happened to me. And yes MPT does work with VZW phones.

I tried what you said however after opening the program I received two red bars blocking that feature. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
