I followed instructions perfectly but the Flash button is grade out. I can click it???

Help please. everything else is fine. THen i browse and select the firmware but the flash button is grade out? i cant click it. please help

Choose your phone at the bottom then click Flash

After confirming connection with the phone during startup...my phone is not listed below... same issue?...suggested solution? I have all software and patches and Moto phone tools with usb driver installed....

But to quickly answer your question...

Once P2K connects to the phone, click browse, and find the .shx file.

Click where it says "Motorola P2K" then click device.

It should enable the flash button.

Then click flash.

It's gonna take several minutes.
