verizon or moto?

this may be old news but today i was told by a verizon rep at the store that they would not ever be able to do the flash and that it would have to be done by moto,possibly by having to send it off.

Yes the flash will be able to be done at VZW retail stores. Were you at a VZW retail store or a reseller. If you were at a retail store look for the tech department they will have much more reliable info on things like that.

it was at a retail store,but it wasn't a tech,it was a salesperson.

I went to the dallas store that was posted earlier and was told they were not authorized to flash any additonal v710 at this time
