walmart ringtones

Has there been a change in the format for downloading walmart ringtones I am unable to open file in the email to the phone thanks

I’m having a problem with Wal-Mart too. I use to be able to save the target file as an mp3.file and then copy to my Trans flash card. Now I get errors saying that “the directory or file cannot be created”. Is Wal-Mart protecting the file?
