hs820 headset problem
i have been up and down this forum and do not see any other issue like this. when i press the button on my hs820 to activate voice dial it dials the last number i called. i do not get the option to say name dial etc...any help would be appreciated.
btw...tried paring it again and checked all settings are correct ie headset voicedial on and phone set to vibe/ring etc etc.

omg!!!!!!!works like a charm, thank you litobirdy...however the manual (or lack therof for the headset) states press the button for 1.5 seconds to activate voice dial. this is exactly why these forums are invaluable...problem is i searched for 3 days before i posted as i have seen some flames about posting new threads...made me hesitant about posting
