Does anybody know if you can assign ringer IDs directly off mp3's on the TF card..??

I have been fighting with this thing for days, and have read pages and pages of threads, but can't figure out a solution.

Please help..!!

You first have to copy them to your phone to assign them as ringtones. You're best bet is to reduce the size of the files to the 30 seconds of the song you want to hear (your phone doesn't ring longer than 30 seconds anyway). This will save a ton of space for other ringtones you wish to put on your phone. But you cannot assign ringtones directly from the transflash; they must be copied to the phone.

I tried TF card - V710 doesn't see mp3s on it (neither it shows jpgs, etc.) 👿 .
Any clues? (Tried to get "workarounds" with BitPim and P2Kman - neither one able to communicate with my V710 😡 )
