The sound quality is great, and there is a way to turn it up super loud. There is no background noise on the phone whatsoever 😁 .
I used to have Nextel (very sturdy and awesome speaker phones) so in comparison to that the v710 feels up to par with sturdiness, but the speaker phone is not quite as good. It is still pretty rad though - I use it all the time while I am driving!
Anyway that's my opinion, I am sure you will receive a lot of responses saying the v710 is crap 🙄 and lot saying it is awesome. Personally, I love it. (The software is on crack though 😳 )
