Respond if you are a purchaser of the V710 and reside in California. This is an opportunity to exercise your rights as a consumer.

Dont bother posting your email. He is probably an ambulance chasing lawyer looking to make money off your but. He is gonna pimp all of you and make tons of dough in some silly class action suit most likely. And in reality all you will end up with is $5 off the purchase of your next cell phone.

I am tired of seeing all these frivolous laqsuits popup from desperate lawyers. What is our society coming too? We all need to start taking reponsibility for our own decisions in life. Not blame everyone else for what we dont like.

We are disappointed. The v710 can be used to make calls on our car's bluetooth phone system but we cannot transfer contacts into its phone book. The designers of the phone system didn't provide a manul method of entering phone numbers and names. Brilliant eh?
