Hello everyone,

I have the V710 and I purchased the Ericsson HCB-30 carkit. I have sucessfully pair the two together but I am having a problem. When I hit the "Call" button on the ericsson control panel "60)XXXXX" is displayed on the small screen of the V710 and thats it, no "Say a command" over the ericsson speaker. The XXXXX will be whoever I last dialed (so the 60th position). If I hit the volume up button on the phone it will scroll through my recent calls. I never get the voice option to dial out. This was working and then stopped. If I physically press the "Voice Dial" button on the V710 I will get the "Say a command" over the speaker. The ericsson works fine answering a call. Like I said this did work. I hadnt used the system for about 2 weeks and when I went to use it it doesnt work. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Sam

Thanks for the insight man. It helped me figure out that if I just hit the button it displays that 60)XXXXX crap. If I hold the dial button in for about 4 seconds (it'll beep twice) it'll then work. Talk about stupid. To answer you can quickly hit the talk button though. I wonder if this is a bug with the V710 since it happens with two different things?
