Motorola V710

I was wondering if anyone had this problem following the firmware update. The phone does everything it said it would, but I have been missing a lot of incoming calls after the update. My wife has another verizon phone and we called her phone to see it was a netowrk problem but her phone rang. When you call my phone it goes to voicemail in 2 rings without showing up on the phone.
