Becuase of the lawsuit against Verizon is there a possibility that the V710 will be recalled?

If there is not a out of court settlement.
If Verizon Wireless looses the case.
If Verizon Wireless looses the appeal.
If The plaintiffs (the class) looses there appeal.
Then maybe. Maybe. 2 years from now customers of Verizon Wireless, who bought a V710 will receive an apology and a credit on there phone bill. If the last class action suit against Verizon Wireless is any indication customers will look forward to a $2.00 credit on there bill. 😁
