PST 7.1.1 question

So I'm trying to install PST but something is wrong when it tries to install the patches for win xp. I have sp2 so that may be the problem because its saying its something w/ the service packs. What do i do?

when i run Flash&Test commands, it cannot detect my phone! What's going on? I'm so excited that i found a way to do cool stuff w/ my phone and i can't do them right away! 😡

Sorry, I just ran PST and it finally told me to get new drivers.. sheesh... sorry again!
