downloading picts from v710 to Mac

I'm trying to download picts from my phone to my powerbook g4 using bluetooth. I get them to recognize eachother in the connection, but when trying to browse the phone contents, my Mac tells me that the device (the phone) "does not have the necessary services." What services am I supposed to have?

Sorry man, but i work for apple computer.....the v710 does not support Bluetooth file transfers stock, best bet is to buy the transflash card and a USB card reader and use that.....MUCH EASIER till verizon fixes the problem they MADE.>>>>>

Well said. I have a Mac and I purchased the transflash card and an SD card reader and transfer to and from my computer is perfect. I purchased the transflash card for $34.99 and the SD card reader for $19.99 both from Best Buy.
