Mobile Phone Tools and the v710
I have mobile phone tools 3.0 and I've gotten it to recognize the correct phone, but it still just says initializing... Also the Multimedia Studio is not in my side bar where it's supposed to be. If anyone has any answers to these problems, please let me know. I am anxiously waiting to start using MPT on my phone.

I asked Motorola tech support about not seeing Multimedia Studio - and received the following obnoxious response:
The Verizon V710 is unable to do media transfer due to the lack of profiles that Mobile Phone Tools Requires. The profiles where removed specifically by Verizon and Motorola has not had, have, or will have any intentions of changing the decision Verizon made. Unless Verizon chooses to release firmware which incorporates the data transferring profiles it will not be a possibility to use this software for transferring media therefore Mobile Phone Tools will not give you the option for Multimedia Studio.
