Motorola V710

I'm able to receive email but not reply to an email....I send send email only if I enter the sender then write a message....when I try to reply I get "sorry server not responding try again later". I have been on the phone with Verizon for almost 4 hours and they couldn't resolve the issue....has anyone else had this problem and how can I resolve it??? 😡
