Motorola V710
Software Switch Back Question...
So as it becomes clear to me that my 710 with .30 software is dying (well in my eyes) aka has too many scratches (just kidding) i took advantage of the FRU, and ordered a new 710. However the stupid rep told me she is unsure if im going to get one with .38 or .40, she said she knows you cannot take mp3s from the tf to the phone with the new version; So heres my question -

IF i recieve a newer FRU with .40 loaded, Can i have it switched back to the .30 in the store?

Id rather have a dying .30 with free unlimited mp3 ringtones than a working .40 with no mp3 rings (granted i can live with the .30's quirks and they are minor)
