Motorola V710
Water Damage-New Phone
I was pissed to see some water got in my phone...not the first time water has gotten the best of a motorola of mine. Anyway, it acted up at first, but then seemed to be fine. Occasionally, it still freezes more often than usual and does weird ****. Anyway, if it does go down the tubes, I have insurance where I can get a phone of equal or lesser value for a $50 deductable. If this happens, do you think I should stick with the V710 or get the LG video phone? Or another brand?
Features that are most important are: MP3 ringtones, camera, video camera, speakerphone.
Any suggestions?

anyway, depends on what you want. If you're looking for camera quality, then go somewhere else. Mp3 ringtones, can't beat the v710 and the TF card. V710 Speakerphone is great, not sure about the others. And moto has the best RF on the market so keep that in mind.

Nope Moto does not have the best RF on the market. The 8000 has the same if not better. And you know it like a poet I'll be here. Because you know I am right 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

Why don't you try the 8000. It has an phenomenal speaker and amazing RF and the camera is much higher quality than the 710 and the LG has tons more built in memory than the 710 without all the problems. That is why The 8000 got the much better reviews than the V710. Go to PCMAG and CNEt and see for yourself. IMHO I would not go with another POS 710. But the choice is yours. Keep in mind that there is no end to all the problems the 710 is having and it gets worse everyday.
