I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with verizon. Talked to three people there and the third person told me: "verizon wireless only supports bluetooth headsets" 👿
Verizon went through and disabled my access to #777 because I have a phone with bluetooth and that could be a useful feature.
I am sick of their BS. I think I might have to cancel.
