How to cut MP3's down to use as ringtones

Hi long time reader first time writer. Just got a V710, and wondering how and what program to use to cut down my mp3 to use as ringtones. I use Itunes but i dont' think that works for this. Thanks in advance..... 🙄 🙂

this is what you would use if you didn't have a tf card.there is no need to pay for these if you have a card. 😁

thanks guys i actually found a program mp3 direct cut i can cut and paste any sond i have. Thanks for the help
