I am VERY new to this, so please be patient. I am looking at buying a V710 off of ebay. My carrier is Cellular One. They don't offer a V710. I don't know who told you that but they a lying there A$$ of or don't know there A$$ from a hole in the ground 🤣 . Verizon works off of a CDMA system and Cell One works on a GSM system which is built on the TDMA system. These two are not compatible at all. Cell One wouldn't be able to flash it because they don't have the software. If you want the V710 you will have to go with Verizon, Altell, etc.

I also talked to the local Cellular One sales office, and they said that they do have the software to flash this phone.
