I do not like the "hang on the ear" headsets...can't stand them, so I'm holding out for an over-the-head w/ boom mic bluetooth headset. I doubt I'll ever see one though.

If I were to choose one of the ones you list, ear comfort would probably be my number one factor.

I've had my Jabra BT250 for a week now, using it with my V710, I havent had to charge it all week, the battery life lasts as long as they say it does. And I use it for about 1 1/2 hours a day.
Its comfortable, and VERY LIGHT, and has a firm fit, doesnt feel like it would fall off if you spun your head around quickly.
Again despite how heavy it looks like it could be, it is not, its very light.
And the sound is great.

I find my (and my wife's) moto HS820's to be very good. Sound is excellent. It's easy to initiate and hangup calls, and it seems to hold charge well (though we haven't actually pushed their limits). There are occasional difficulties that crop up with making calls while there's anything other than a clear screen on the phone. Nonetheless, we've been quite pleased with their performance.

BTW, we got these HS820's on a Radio Shack special. The combination of sale and $20 rebate brought them in at $50. That sale's over now, but something else will prolly soon come in.

Peace,
Y

I have been using the Moto 820 and it works great. My wife tells me that I still sound like I'm in a talking in tunnel, but I'm not sure if that's the head set's fault or just digital feedback. It's light weight and holds a charge well, but I still feel uncomfortable wearing it outside of my car! If the outside noise gets too loud, the voice activated dialing doesn't always work.
