Unable to Pair Jabra 250 after SW Flash
Finally found my cord and flashed my phone to SD's firmware, but now my Jabra 250 will not pair with the phone. They see eachother, but when I type in the passcode, it says key invalid. Any thoughts?

Are you sure you're putting the Jabra into pairing mode? If you're just turning the headset on it's probably trying to connect to the V710, but the BT device history gets wiped when you flash in the upgrade code.
So the headset thinks the phone already knows who it is, but the phone is confused. You have to re-pair to fix this "confusion".
