Motorola V710

im a new poster to these forums. i recently bought a v710 and dont really have too much expertise on using it. i've gotten the transfering mp3s down pat but i cant open the motorola folder on the memory card in windows... i believe this is how the mp3 ringtones work and also i dont know how to get the pictures off the memory card... can anyone help me out with these few things or at least poin t me in the right direction in the forums? thanks
