My old computer crashed and I have been unsuccessful in installing MPT to my new laptop. The error message says that there was an error and that the device may not work properly. The v710 shows up in device manager, but with the dreaded yellow question mark. I bought the product off Ebay. I want to use my phone as a wireless modem. 😢 😢
