Call Waiting - Incomming Call

Can anyone tell me how to enable being notified of an incomming call when I am on the phone on another call? I do not get any tone that there is an incomming call, just a message notification or a missed call notification. Is there a setting for this that I'm missing? I am not using a bt headset at the time.

it should beep in the headset if not you should get your phone checked out also it should show up on the internal or external display on whose calling.
