V710 not responding on startup - please help

My wonderful V710 stopped booting up this morning. If I look carefully at the screen it begins to show the beginnings of the startup screen and then goes to black. At the Verizon store, one rep called it an "incomplete startup," the other an "incomplete wakeup." Either way, I really, really don't want to lose my numbers. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for help.

Do you have the newest software upgrade on your V710? This is actually a common problem with the V710's. I usually just power my V710 off than power it right back on again and it works. If you are concerned with your numbers what i do is i make a database in my computer and just put all the names and numbers in there so if anything happens to my phone i can just print out the names and numbers and re-enter them into my phone.
