Ive called verizon and they are out of stock. Every store within 75 miles of me is out of stock for this phone. I cannot use the trans flash card because it freezes when I try to access the card. What do you think I should do?

Verzon told me to call the insurance company and claim a report and they will give me a new one, and they would give me $50 on my account. Should I do this? Ive been having this problem for the past 4 months, and its pissing me off.
Will my old phone lock up if I do claim a lost/stolen report? Id have to go to the police station and file a claim and all that stuff, and I should have to do this. 😡
