HELP ME PLEASE!!

i have sent a ringer to my phone but for some reason it will not let me apply it as a ringtone..any suggestions??????

Make sure that the ringer is 30 seconds or less. Did you convert/change it to mid or midi? the phone wont let you use an mp3 as a ringer. i think i use bp power converter. i believe that the name....its on my other computer.
