Motorola V710
Good word from VZW store guy-
I stopped by asking about the v710, and said it would be the first week of june and that he doesnt expect the price to be any higher than the camera phones they have going now. I prodded him about verizon always changing release dates and testing taking longer than expected, and he replied by saying that testing is done, the phone is good to go beg of june. i dunno, but he's the only guy i've talked to about this that actually had specifics and was sure about what he was saying...take it for what it is i guess!

that actually works w what moto told me last week (I posted this last week on 810 forum) that its done testing theyre good to go and theyre sitting all boxed at warehouse ready to b dropped shipd to VZW so..........

And at the other end of the spectrum: Called my local VZN store and they claimed it was against company policy to give out ANY info prior to a release date actually passing. Said it was in "their agreement" with the cell phone makers. Yeah, right.

Honestly if you think about it, that may be true. It may be ok for Motorola to say when it is going to be released but Verizon wouldn't want you telling everyone. remember rules of retail, sale what you can physically put your hands on and don't sell dreams.
