Release Date From Motorola Ad Agency Rep July 1
I work for a technology content site and today marks the begining of the online ad campaign for the V710. According to the ad agency who works with the product manager for this phone, the phone will be released on July 1.
Considering the campaign runs May 21- June 30 with the click through of the ad sending you to the pre-registration page on the motorola site, this should be all the proof that you need that July 1 will truly be the launch date.
Glad to finally get a straight answer from a credible source.

Do you mean their Cell Phone Review page, or just www.download.com? Their cell phone review page has Verizon ads, but nothing about the V710.

I saw it right there on the download.com home page. A flash banner ad for the V710 advertising the free Bluetooth accessory offer.

That's the 'pre-release' hyp banner. That stuff has been out there for a while.
