I have a Palm, Tungsten Model T2. It is Bluetooth capable. What are the chances that Palm will be coming out with software to communicate with the new V710?

You don't need any special software on the Tungsten T2 to communicate with the V710 via Bluetooth. It's just a matter of setting up the Bluetooth connection with the phone under Preferences/Connection and then setting up the Verizon Wireless service under Preferences/Network. I did this with my Sony Clie UX50 (which runs the Palm OS and has Bluetooth) and my Sony Ericsson T61c with the Bluetooth adapter and Verizon Wireless service. You'll just have to make the V710 discoverable in the Bluetooth settings on the phone and then your T2 should be able to detect it. I'm able to surf the web, read/write email, etc with the UX50 through the Verizon Wireless connection.
