LOL that is sooo funny. If u notice the guy never actually says that he is selling the V710. in the advert he says its a dummy phone and later on in the wording he says "comes with new phone". quick cash i say...

I have to agree. He didn't even post new pics. the other posibility is that he is hoping that the phone IS released, he buys it for 400 and mails it to his high bidder. Kinda brilliant actually, especially since there are people stupid enough to pay that kind of money.
