Ok guys look I think it is the same person
who played me
about a Year ago someone from ebay who happened to be from Valcea, Rominia promised me motorola v600 phones for $300 each. when phone was not even released.
I sent the payment through moneygram, $1500 but i have never got the phones. Can anyone get some more information about this user???

I still have the reciepts for the money i sent. Maybe you could give me advise how to get my money back.

Short of flying to Romania and beating the cash out of him, its over. Of course if you sent 1500 dollars you could 'prolly afford the tickets. If you decide to, take me with and I'll beat another 1500 in intrest outta him for ya. 😉

I'm sorry, man, but you aren't going to get your money back. You sent a Western Union Moneygram, which is just like sending cash - for a phone you don't even know exists. Would you pay cash for something at a store, sight unseen, and trust the owner to send it to you? You have no recourse. Even if Ebay DID find this guy, what do you think would happen? He'll just lay low for awhile, until he can open up another Ebay acct. with different information. Ebay is like the worst flea market you could ever imagine - lots of bad people that you are probably lucky you don't have to meet in person because they would just mug you straight up.

We all do something stupid in life and this is one of your stupid mistakes. Why would you buy something from someone in Romania and buy with a moneygram no less? You'll never see the money and thats the risk of buying something that shouldn't be sold. These people stay in business because of people like you. Too bad man.
