He doesnt have a pic of the actual phone because he DOESNT have it!!! the auction ends on the 30th. The phone is SUPPOSED to be released on the 10th. So you win the auction and on the tenth he buys the phone and mails it to you. This is not rocket science here. There are only 15 more days to go and you would even THINK about spending 600 bucks on it to get the phone a week after it comes out at three times the cost?!?!?
